Healthy Protein Rich Sweet Potato Noodles

Ingredients
- OBAP Sweet Potato Noodles 200g
- Chicken Mince 250g
- Baby Pak Choy
- Broccoli
- Mushroom
- Cauliflower
- Garlic 6cloves
- Onion 1
- Tomato 1
- Soy Sauce
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sesame oil
- Red chilli Sauce
- spring onion leaves

Method
- Add noodles to boiling water and add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sesame oil and cook for 10 minutes. Then drain water and set the noodles aside.
- Stir fry chicken mince with salt , soy sauce and Pepper in a pan until cooked. Set aside.
- Steam each vegetables until cooked adding salt and soysauce. Set aside.
- In a pan add 2 tablespoons sesame oil, then hot add chopped garlic, when lightly brown add chopped onion. Saute onions for few minutes until lightly brown. Then add tomoto and saute. Then add 1 tablespoon redchilli sauce and 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce. Mix well and let cool down
- Grind this mix into a paste. Now take a pan add this to the pan add water to form a sauce consistency and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add salt and soy sauce according to taste.
- Now reduce the flame to low and add arrange the steamed veggies and chicken around the pan. Now add the cooked sweet potato noodles to the center. Garnish wish some chopped spring onion leaves.
- Cook for 5 minutes closing the pan with a lid.
- Heathy Protein Rich Sweet Potato Noodles is ready.
- When served give a quick mix and serve.
