Theme: One Bowl Wonder
High Protein Tuna and Avocado sushi bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked Brown Rice
- 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Kewpie Mayonnaise 50% reduced fat
- 1 can Tuna in springwater
- 1 tsp chilli crisp
- 1/4 of an avocado, cubed
- 2 nori sheets

- OBENTO - YAKI NORI FOR SUSHI
- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE 50% REDUCED FAT
Method
- Mix together all ingredients except avocado and nori
- Once everything is combined, gently mix in avocado, try to avoid mashing it too much
- Tear nori sheets in to pieces, around 6 pieces per sheet makes a good size
- Spoon a mouthful of rice mixture onto a piece of nori and enjoy :)
