- Brown rice & quinoa
- Chilli tuna
- Spinach, tomatoes and Parmesan

Method
- Cook rice in microwave
- In a bowl, place baby spinach, chopped cherry tomatoes and tuna and rice, mix. Grate Parmesan on top to liking.
- Microwave for 2 minutes, stir and enjoy
