Hoisin dumpling Lasagne

Ingredients
- 1Tbsp Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce
- 1Tsp sesame oil
- 1Tbsp Spring onions sliced
- 5Tbsp pork mince
- Salt and white pepper
- Round Dumpling Wrappers
- 5 small pieces of Chinese Cabbage
- 1/4cup Chicken stock
- Toppings - Sesame seeds, chilli oil, spring onions, Hoisin Sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - HOI SIN SAUCE
Method
- Mix pork, spring onions, sesame oil, Hoisin Sauce, salt and pepper.
- In oiled ramekin layer dumpling wrapper, pork mix and Cabbage leaf. Finish last layer with dumpling wrapper. Pour chicken stock over layers.
- Place in steamer for 10mins until pork cooked throughTop with spring onions, sesame seeds, chilli oil and Lee Kem Kee Hoisin Sauce.Enjoy 😉
