Hoisin noodles with chicken and mixed veges

Ingredients
- 500g died chicken breast
- 100g Sweet potato noodles
- 1 large carrot chopped
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup frozen green beans
- 100mls Hoisin Sauce (more if desired)
- 50mls Soy sauce (more if desired)
- Splash of sesame seed oil
- Sesame seeds

Method
- Sit noodles in boiling water until softened. Drain and set aside.
- Heat up saucepan with sesame oil. Cook chicken in the sauce pan until browned.
- Add carrots, peas and green beans to the pan with chicken.
- Add in hoisin and soy sauce with a splash of water. Stir to combine all ingredients. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are softened.
- Turn heat to low and stir in sweet potato noodles until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer to bowl and serve with sesame seeds on top.
