Home made sushi feast – tempura prawns, garlic butter prawns, teriyaki chicken

- Soy sauce
- Mirin

- Chicken breast 300g
- Brown sugar
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sugar
- Avocado x 1
- Cucumber x 1
- Carrots x 3
- Powder ginger
- Wasabi
- Pink marinated ginger

Method
- Cook the chicken, spicing with sushi a pepper, add half cup soy, 1 tablespoon spoon ginger, 1 table spoon mirin, 1/4 cup brown sugar and cook until sauce thickens. Tempura prawns in air fryer or over for 10min. Cook garlic in butter and add prawns to cook for 7min. Reserve all dishes.
- Cook 2 cups of sushi rice, add 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar mixed with 1/8 sugar dissolved. Reserve
- Cut cucumber, avocado and carrots in fine strips.
- Assemble 10 rolls of sushi - 3 garlic prawns, 3 tempura prawns, 4 teriyaki chicken. Use some mayo, bonito flakes and avocado when assembling. Cut and plate up for a delicious family dinner. Use the garlic butter sauce as an incredible flavourful sauce for the prawn based sushi. Use soy, pink ginger and wasabi as accompaniment.
