- Salmon
- sushi rice
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sugar
- Soysauce
- Sesame seed oil
- Seaweed
- Spring onion
Method
- Cook rice as per instruction on the rice bag
- Add rice wine vinegar and sugar too taste
- Cook tinned salmon on pan and add sesame seed oil and soy sauce and brown sugar to taste
- Add spring onion to salmon
- Put seaweed down on sushi mat
- Put rice and salmon on seaweed
- Roll sushi up
