Homemade sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- OBENTO sushi seasoning
- KEWPIE wasabi mayonnaise
- Choice of protein
- Choice of fresh vegetables
- Nori seaweed sheets

Method
- Cook sushi rice according to packet. Add OBENTO sushi seasoning, spread out onto trays to cool
- Prepare protein and fresh vegetables. Eg, chicken, tuna, smoked salmon etc. Julienne or thinly slice spring onions, carrots, cucumber, avocado etc
- When rice is cooled, spread onto bottom 1/2 of nori sheet (wet hands to make this job easier)
- Squeeze a line of KEWPIE wasabi mayonnaise along rice. Top with chosen toppings and roll up. Repeat until all rice is used.
- Cut each sushi roll into 4. Serve with sushi ginger, soy sauce and wasabi if desired. Enjoy
