Honey soy salmon noodles

Ingredients
- 80ml soy sauce
- 12g honey
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 chilli
- 1/2 packet hakubaku soba noodles
- 2/3 head broccoli
- 280g salmon
- 40g baby spinach

Method
- Boil water and cook broccoli to your liking.
- Remove broccoli and put in a bowl with the baby spinach and cover with foil. Cook soba noodles in the same water. Cook to packet directions.
- Put salmon in a hot pan skin side down, turn pan down to half. Cook 4 minutes. Then flip. Cook another 4 minutes
- While salmon cooking add all ingredients for the sauce.
- When salmon has 2 minutes to go add the sauce in. Add a little more water if you need.
- Put noodles on top of broccoli and spinach. Put salmon on top. Top with extra sauce. Enjoy.
