Hot and sour soup

Ingredients
- Pork blood
- Bamboo shoot
- Enoki mushroom
- Pork slices
- Tofu
- Carrot
- Spring Onion
- Chicken stock
- Potato flour

Method
- Slice up all the fresh ingredients in strips
- Add the oil , Fry the carrot and bamboo shoots strips , then the enoki in a large saucepan. Once aroma released, add the chicken stock til it boils.
- Once boiled , add the tofu and the pork blood. Cook til boil up again. Then add the seasoning : salt and white pepper . Then add the pork strips, then mix potato flour with water and slowly add to the soup mixture. Turn off the heat, and add white vinegar and dark vinegar as desired.
