Hot and spicy chicken burgers

Ingredients
- Chicken thighs 4
- Butter milk
- 1.5 cups plain flour
- .5 cups of cornflour
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon each of black pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, baking powder, cayenne powder, chilli powder.

Method
- Soak chicken thighs in butter milk overnight
- Mix all dry ingredients together. Coat butter milk chicken thighs in spice mixture.
- Deep fry chicken thighs for 7 mins. Turn over and cook for another 3 mins.
- Prepare burger to your liking For example, add lettuce, cheese, tomato. Coat hot chicken thighs with a good lashing of Kewpie.Enjoy.
