Impossible Mince Dumpling Lasagna

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 340g impossible beef mince
- 100g edamame
- Wonton wrappers
- Chilli oil
- Soy sauce

Method
- Layer half the mince, edamame and garlic into a baking dish. Layer wonton wrappers over and another layer of mince mixture. Finish with another layer of wonton wrappers.
- Place the dish into a steamer and steam for 15 minutes or until the top layer of wrappers have started to wrinkle.
- Place soy sauce and chilli oil over the ‘lasagne’ and enjoy!
