Jack’s tuna and avo sushi

Ingredients
- Yaki Nori for sushi
- 190g Tin tuna
- 1 avocado
- Sushi rice 1 cup
- Sushi Seasoning

Method
- Cook rice in rice cooker.1 cup rice 1.5 cup water.Remove and cool as soon as cooked.Fold in Obento sushi Seasoning, 3 tblsp
- Assemble on sushi mat.First nori sheet.Add cooked rice on top to front of sheet covering 1/3 of sheet.In centre of rice add strip of avocado then tuna on top.
- Finally roll sushi.Lightly wet the end of nori to stick.Wrap finished product in gladwrap and roll until tight.Refridgerate to set.Cut and serve with Soy Sauce.
