Jade & Amber Veggie Stir-Fry with Oyster Drizzle

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp lee kum kee oyster sauce
- 1 cup broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced around 3mm thick
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water

Method
- Heat your wok or pan until smoking, then put it your oil. Turn the heat down to medium-high.
- Place the broccoli and carrots in to the pan. Stir fry over medium high heat for 5 minutes.
- Pour the water into the wok or pan and turn the heat to high. This allows the vegetables to steam and fully cook. Cook until the water has evaporated.
- Add the oyster sauce to the pan and toss to combine. Serve as a side or on its own.
