Japanese Beef Curry with Rice

Ingredients
- Blade steak
- Eggs
- Broccoli
- Corn knobs
- White rice
- Fried shallots
- Kewpie mayo
- Japanese curry mix
- Onion

Method
- Rinse and clean rice with cold water 3 times before filling the pot with the rice with water half way. And cook the rice in the rice cooker
- Cut the blade steak into thin slices and cook on medium heat. Once meat is cooked add 500ml of water and add 1 cube of Japanese curry block to the mix. And add the sliced onions aswell. And cook for 30mins until ready.
- In a pan cook 6 sunny side up eggs for 10mins until cooked to your perfered egg type.
- In a steamer add your frozen packets of broccoli and corn knobs and steam for 30mins unitl to your liking
- On a plate add 1 cup of your cooked rice on to the plate. Then half a cup of corn knobs and your steamed broccoli to the plate. Then add a sunny side egg to the plate. Then add 1 cup of your Japanese beef curry on top of the rice. And to top it off add as much Kewpie Mayo to the dish and fried shallots (optional)
