Japanese chicken rice bowl

Ingredients
- Cucumber Red onionGingerJasmine riceChicken mince
- 10g kepwie mayo20g sweet chili 20g teriyaki marinade
- 50g cucumber15g red onion40g jasmine rice150g chicken mince 35g ginger

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE 50% REDUCED FAT
Method
- Cook rice and cook chicken mince
- While rice is cooking, cooking the chicken and mid way pour the teriyaki marinade. Chop cucumber and onion and ginger while waiting.
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl and add sweet chilli sauce and kewpie on top and enjoy.
