- Chicken thigh fillet
- Potatoe
- Carrot
- Onion
- Rice
- Water 500ml
Method
- Make rice
- Dice potatoes, carrot, onion and chicken
- Heat oil and fry diced ingredients for 5 minutes
- Add 500ml water in pot with fries ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add Golden Curry mix and stir 5 minutes.
- Enjoy finished meat and vegetables curry with rice.
