Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp oil
- 800g beef
- 3 potatoes
- 1 green apple
- 5 white mushrooms
- Golden curry (hot) 1 serving
- 2 brown onions
- 2 Cup of water
Method
- Stir fry meat and vegetables with oil in large skillet over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes
- Add water and bring to a boil. reduce the heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender.
- Break the Golden curry paste into pieces and add into the skillet. Stir until curry mixes are completely melted.
- Add sliced apple and simmer for approximately 5 minutes, whole stirring constantly
- Serve hot over rice
