Japanese potato salad

Ingredients
- 3 big Potato
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 small carrots
- 5 eggs
- 1 small owhite onion
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1 tbs White vinegar
- Pinch of Paprika

Method
- Peel and dice the potato 2cm size and boiled until soft. Then strain it.Boiled the eggs for 16mins then slice it with eggslicer (squares)Slice the cucumber thinlySlice the onion thinlyCut the carrot into small chuncks
- Combine the carrots,cucumber, and onion and spinkle with salt amd let it sit for 5mins and squeeze it after until the juice come off.
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mixed it. Put in a fridge and its ready to serve.
