- 1600g rise
- 10 sheets nori
- 200g salmon fillets
- 200g prawns
- 200g fish surimi
- 150g avocado
- 500g cream cheese
- 150g rise vinegar
Method
- Cook the rice for 15 minutes, then let the rice brew for another 15 minutes
- Add rice vinegar and mix the rice
- Then put 160 grams of cooked rice on each sheet of nori and add the filling (shrimp, salmon, surimi, avocado) and wrap it in a roll
