Japanese tuna & avacado sushi

Ingredients
- Yaki nori for sushi
- 1 cup Japanese rice
- 200 grams tin Tunna
- Wasabi
- Dark Soy sauce
- Pickled ginger
- 2 tsp Japanese mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Japanese cooking wine
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspon caster suagr

Method
- Add 1 cup of rice to rice cooker with 2 cups of water.Once cooked season with 1 teaspoon of caster sugar.1 teaspoon of salt.1 table spoon of cooking wine.Mix all together and alow to cool.
- Mix tunna with mayonnaise.Place Yaki nori sheets on folding mat.Place rice evenly over sheet.Then add avacado in the center with the tuna.Then roll tunna together.
- Once put together and rolled, cut even slices of the sushi rolls. Then plate with wasabi ginger and soy sauce.
