Katsu Tofu and Avo Sushi

Ingredients
- Sushi rice
- Avocado
- Tofu
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sugar
- Salt
- Panko breadcrumbs
- Cornflour
- Nori sheets
- Kewpie mayo

Method
- Cook the sushi rice
- Mix the salt, sugar and rice wine vinegar and dress cooked rice
- Slice and roll tofu in corn flour
- Roll tofu in panko breadcrumbs
- Fry tofu til golden
- Spread cooled rice on nori sheets, add tofu slices, avocado slices, topped with Kewpie mayo
- Roll and serve with soy sauce, ginger and wasabi. Eat. Yum
