Kecap Manis Sausages

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 medium red onions, peeled & cut into chunks
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled & thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp ABC Kecap Manis
Product used in recipe
- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Heat oil & butter. Add onions & garlic. Cool low and slow until caramelised. Add Kecap Manis.
- Cook sausages (what ever sausages you like)
- Serve sausages with Kecap Manis & onion sauce on top. Alongside any veggies you like, such as broccoli, asparagus & mashed potatoes.
