Kewpie chicken + chickpea salad

Ingredients
- X6 Frozen Chilli chicken tenders
- X1 Avocado
- X1 Small cos lettuce
- X1 Cup chickpeas
- X1 Quarter red onion, sliced
- X1 Half punnet cherry tomatoes
- Generous drizzle of Kewpie Mayo!

Method
- Cook chicken tenders in air fryer for 12 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius.
- While chicken is cooking, prep salad. Fill two bowls with lettuce.
- Rinse chickpeas and place in bowls.
- Slice tomatoes in half, place in bowls.
- Dice avocado, place half in each bowl.
- Slice onion thinly, place in each bowl.
- Once cooked, thinly slice chicken and place on top of salad in each bowl.
- Generously drizzle Kewpie Mayo onto each salad. Enjoy!!
