Khua Kling Moo With Kewpie and Brocollini

Ingredients
- Pork mince
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 6 kaffir lime leaves
- Red curry paste
- Brocollini
- Kewpie

Method
- Cook curry paste in a pan for a couple of minutes
- Add mince to pan
- Meanwhile chop the lime leaves and lemongrass
- Steam the brocollini
- Add the lime leaves and lemongrass to the mince and cook for a couple more minutes then remove from heat.
- Serve the mince with the kewpie to break up the spiciness of the dish and to add a creamy element. Serve with the Brocollini.
