Kimchi fried rice

Ingredients
- 2 bowls steamed rice
- 1 cup chopped kimchi and 1/4 kimch juice (spicy red juice from a the kimchi jar)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 table spoons gochujang
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 1 table spoon oyster sauce
- 3 tea spoons toasted sesame oli
- Optional fried egg

Method
- Heat up a wide, flat pan or skillet. Add the vegetable oil.
- Add the kimchi and stir fry for 21minute over medium-high heat.
- Add rice, kimchi juice, water, gochujang, sugar, and oyster sauce. Stir all the ingredients together for about 7 minutes with a wooden spoon.
- Add sesame oil and remove from the heat.
- Garnish with fried egg.
