Kimchi Fried rice

Ingredients
- Cooked rice 150gSesame oil 1 tsp, seasoned crispy seaweed
- Kimchi 100g, 1 tbsp vege oil(or butter), I tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp mirin, 1tsp Chilli paste(Gochujang)
- 1 egg

- OBENTO - MIRIN SEASONING
Method
- Put oil and Kimchi on heated pan, add soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, mirin, chilli paste. Stir fried for 10 minutes on medium heat.
- Add cooked rice into pan and mix well.Pan fried egg as you like.
- Serve everything on the plate or bowl and drizzling sesame oil and seaweed.
