Kimchi fusion fried rice

Ingredients
- Fridge leftover Rice
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Diced Chicken breast
- Shiitake mushroom
- Kimchi
- Garlic
- Egg
- ABC Kicap manis
- Soy sauce
- White pepper
- Garlic
- Chilli garlic sauce
- Tofu- cut into smallPieces
- Carrot and peas - cut up

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
- LEE KUM KEE - CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE
Method
- Add oil to pan and cook chicken breast and tofu
- Then add cold rice and veggie ( peas, carrot, shiitake mushroom,and stir until throughly mixed
- Then add garlic paste, chilli garlic sauce, kimchi with some juic, soy sauce and ABC kicap manis
