Kimchi Jjigae

Ingredients
- 100g pork mince
- 1 can Obap 200g Kimchi
- 1.5 tbsp Gojuchang
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1.5 cups water
- Classic tofu small tub, sliced in cubes
- 4-6 Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 pkt Enoki mushroom, ends trimmed

- OBAP - KIMCHI
Method
- Heat pan and cook pork mince till cooked
- Add kimchi and stir
- Add gojuchang, soy sauce, sugar and water and cook till it boils
- Reduce heat and add enoki and shiitake mushrooms - cook for another 3 minutes
- Place tofu on top and cook for another 2 minutes
- Serve with rice
