Korean beef bowl

Ingredients
- Lee Kim Lee premium soy sauce
- Beef strips
- Fried egg
- Carrot
- Kimchi
- Rice
- Cucumber
- Seseme dressing
- Sriracha
- Sweet soy seasoning
- Sesame seeds

Method
- Prep the carrot and cucumber
- Mix the sriracha, sesame dressing and soy sauce
- Heat a drizzle of olive oil in pan and fry egg until white form and yolk cooked to your liking (I like runny)
- Cook rice
- Add drizzle of olive oil to pan and cook beef , add seeet soy seasoning
- Divide rice, veggies, cucumber , beef and kimchi between bowls. Top with fried egg and drizzle over sriracha, soy, sesame dressing . Garnish with sesame seeds
