Korean Pan Fried Tofu with Spicy Sauce (Dabu Buchim)

Ingredients
- 300g Tofu
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp Korean chilli flakes
- 1 red chilli
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 2 cups cooked rice in broth
Product used in recipe
- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Fry tofu in oil while rice cooks
- Chop all other ingredients and mix together
- Add tofu on top of cooked rice and dress with the sauce
