- Fish sauce
- Rice wine vinegar
- Spring onion
- Coriander
- Bean sprouts
- Mirin

Method
- Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl
- Let gently boil then reduce to simmer for 15 mins
- Add noodles into a bowl, pour over broth, and add spring onions and bean sprouts and coriander
