- Chicken Drumsticks
- Chicken Stock
- Laksa Paste
- Coconut Milk
- Bean shoots
- Crispy Shallots
- Hokkien Noodles

Method
- Simmer the chicken stock in a pot. Add and cook the drumsticks. Remove drumsticks once cooked.
- Add laksa paste and coconut milk to the pot. Simmer.
- Cook hokkien noodles by packet instructions.
- Put cooked noodles and chicken in a bowl. Add in soup mix. Serve with bean shoots and dried shallots.
