Late night Tuna, tomato and kewpie Sanga

Ingredients
- 2 95g tins of tuna in olive oil
- 2 tbsp kewpie mayo
- 1 medium tomato
- 4 slices of toasted multigrain bread
- A squeeze of fresh lime
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Method
- Drain both cans of tuna. In a bowl mix drained tuna and mayo, add a pinch of pepper and a squeeze of lime.
- Slice tomato, toast and butter 4 slices of bread.
- On two slices of toast layer tomato, tuna and mayo mix followed by cheese, place other slices of toast on top, slice in half and enjoy! :-)
