Ingredients
- Yaki nori
- 100 grams cottage cheese
- 1 tin of spring water tuna
- 5 grams sirracha
- Cos lettuce
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Pickled red onion

Method
- Cut up the vegetables into thin long strips and put aside.
- To make the tuna mixture. Drain the tuna, combine with cottage cheese and sirracha and mix until all combined.
