Lunar Dumplings

Ingredients
- Coconut milk 2 can
- 3 tbsp red / 3tbsp laksa paste
- garlic & ginger
- splash of soy & fish sauce & sesame oil
- brown sugar
- bok choy & spinach
- frozen dumplings
- top witj sesame seeds

- VALCOM - CURRY PASTE LAKSA
Method
- Mix all ingredients in large baking dish adding dumplings last.
- Bake 20-25 minutes
- Top with desired topping eg sesame seeds, green onion , chilli.
