Ingredients
- Japanness rice
- 30ml Mirin, 30ml venigar, 10g sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, For terriyaki hicken 20 ml shoyu, 50ml water, 10ml mirin, 10g sugar
- 200gs chicken, 100g carrot, some lactace, fied egg
- For kimchi fried rice 1 cup Rice cook , 100g home made kimchi, 100g slice pork belly, 50g chop onoin, 1 tea spoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
- Put mirin,sugar,salt,venigar in sauce pan untill boli and put in a bolw and mixe with rice.
- Make terriyaki chickenPut mirin,sugar,salt, shoyu in sauce pan untill boil add chicken . Boil it untill chicken trun brown and let it cold down then slice in picece.Then make omlet and alice in long pice
- Use suchi maker ( bamboo wrap)Put it on cooking broad and put OBENTO Yaki nori on bamboo then put rice and egg chicken carrot and roll it and ler it set for 5 min.then cut in pice
- Kimchi fried riceCut kimchi in small pice Put some oil in pan cook pork until cook add chop onion egg stri for 2 min.add rice and gochujang stir them for 5 min. Ready to serve with pice of OBENTO NORI on top.
