Maki sushi tuna rolls

Ingredients
- Obento Sishi Rice
- Obento nori sheets
- 300hg blue finn Tuna
- Obinto sake cooking wine
- 30g sugar
- 6 cuccumber batons
- 60ml kewopi Mayo
- 20g lemon Zest
- 12 lemon segments
- Obento pickeled ginger
- Obento wasbi
- Obento spy sauce

Method
- Wash 2 cups of Obento Sushi rice place in appt top up with wazer place on heat cook until rice is tender. Mix 50ml of Obento cpoking Sake and the sugar in a bowl .when rice is cooked add to the sake mix set to one side amd cool
- Open tuna amd drain .flake into a bowl Add 2 sppons of Mayo and lemon zest mix in
- Take one sheet of noriplace on sushi mat take a snow ball soze quantay of cooked rice lay down on nori in a rectangle press down fermly.place cucu.ber baton in the middel of the rice place the 2 lemon segmemt next to the cucumber. Lay down a strip of Kewpi Mayo. take the edge of the nori fold away from you in the shape pf a roll with the sushi mat press fermly set to one side.repeat 2 more times Cut sushi into 6 piece or in half.Place on serving dish and add ginger wasabi and Obento soy sauve .and enjoy
