Mandarin steak

- Skirt steak
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Hoisin sauce
- Oyster sauce
- Tomato sauce
- Worcestershire sauce
- Bicarb
- Sugar
- Peanut oil

Method
- Thinly slice skirt steak in 1 inch pieces( easy to do this steak beforehand)Psych sliced meat in 1 teaspoon of bicarb and half a cup of sugar dissolved in one cup of water. Set aside while prepping other ingredients.
- Put onion into chunks. Cut capsicum into chunks. Make sauce up. 1/2c of tomato sauce 1/4 cup hoisin sauce 1/4c Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons oyster sauce.
- Heat 3tbs oil.. seal steak in very hot wok (including liquid). Left out steak and drain well. Cook off remaining liquid until a sticky paste. Add 2 tablespoons of oil fry off meat again coating in sticky sauceRemove from wok. Add 2 tablespoons of oil fry off onion and capsicum for three minutes. Add hoisin sauce mix. Cook 2 min.Add meat.Serve over rice
