Massaman beef curry

Ingredients
- 700g diced lean beef
- 400ml coconut cream
- 350g potatoes diced 3cm
- 4 cardamon pods
- 1 onion diced
- Olive oil
- 200g Valcom Massaman curry paste

Method
- Saute olive oil and diced onion untill fragrant.
- Add the Massaman cutty paste and cook for a further 5mins.
- Add in the diced beef and cook on high for 12mins.
- Add the Cardamon pods and coconut cream, cook on a medium hear for 50mins, stirring occasionally.
- Add in the potatoes and lower the heat to a simmer and cook for another 45mins.
- Steam some rice and serve. Crushed peanuts optional on top.
