Massaman Curry in pressure cooker

Ingredients
- 1.5kg Beef blade, 280g okra (or beans), 6 baby potato quartered, 1 large red onion sliced, 2 cloves garlic sliced,1 cinnamon stick, 195g massaman curry paste, 3cm piece ginger peeled and into match sticks, 3cups beef bone broth, 2 keffir lime leaves, 400ml can coconut milk or cream and serving rice

Method
- Saute onion then add garlic, ginger and cinnamon. Pat down and season 1.5kg beef blade with salt and pepper then brown on all sides. Add in all remaining ingredients except coconut milk. Pressure cook for 35mins. Add coconut milk once pressure released on its own and serve on rice
