Massaman delight

Ingredients
- Massaman paste
- Coconut oil
- 800g chicken thighs
- 1 Onion
- 4 gloves of Garlic
- Small size of grated ginger
- 1 cup Mix of favourite veggies
- 1 can of coconut milk

Method
- Heat up oil, add onion and garlic cook for 2 min . Add some massaman paste
- Add chicken and make it brown . Add some ginger and cook everything for 10 min.
- At the end add some coconut milk and your favourite veggies. Enjoy with cooked rice.
