Matt’s fancy and fast

Method

1. Cut steak into thin slices and marinate in bag with garlic and ABC sweet soy sauce for at least an hour.
2. Thin cut of mixed vegatables
3. Add small amount of oil to teppanyaki plate and then add marinated steak to hot plate. Add a small amount of mirin while cooking
4. Add vegetables to teppanyaki plate and serve
