Ingredients
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Sushi rice
- Yaki nori
- Rice wine vinegar
- Chicken
- Egg
- Plain flour
- Bread crumbs

Method
- Cook the rice as the packet says and add vinegar and let cool
- Cut up chicken, dip into flour then 2 eggs (mixed) then bread crumbs and cook in air fryer for 10min
- Lay out nori paper and place cooled rice in a rectangle 1cm from the edge, add mayo, then chicken and roll into a roll
- Cut into 5 cm pieces, dip in soy sauce and enjoy 😉
