Meal prep chicken teriyaki

Ingredients
- 600g Chicken thigh
- Soy sauce
- Mirin
- Sake
- Rice

- KEWPIE - MAYONNAISE 50% REDUCED FAT
- OBENTO - COOKING SAKE
- OBENTO - MIRIN SEASONING
Method
- 3tbs soy sauce3tbs mirin 3tbs sake1tbs brown sugar600-800g chicken
- Mix sauce ingredients into a bowl and stir until sugar has dissolved.
- Add 1 tbs of oil into pain. Cook the chicken first until brown.
- Poor sauce with chicken and cook until sauce thickens.
- Take out chicken, cut, serve with rice and vege of choice. Add kewpie mayo on top Great for meal prepping for the week!
