Meat-free chicken and vegetable Shanghai Noodles

Ingredients
- Meat free chicken pieces
- Snow peas
- Carrots
- Capsicum
- Corn spears
- Onion
- Wok ready Singapore noodles
- Peanut oil
- Garlic
- Broccoli
- Red pepper paste
- Fried garlic
- Fried onion

Method
- Fry onions in peanut oil in frying pan until brown
- Fry garlic until fragrant
- Add diced vegetables, and cook for 6 minutes
- Remove vegetables from pan, add meat-free chicken, and cook for 10 minutes
- Add vegetables back to pan with noodles, stirring to combine
- Add Lee Kim Kee Shanghai stir-fry noodles sauce, and one tablespoon of red pepper paste
- Combine for 8 minutes and serve while hot with fried garlic and onion
