Ingredients
- 250g Chicken breast
- 1tbs peanut oil
- 1/2 capsicum
- 1/2 brown onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 cup broccoli
- 1 packet hokkin noodles
- 1 packet Lee Kum kee honey soy stir fry sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - HONEY & SOY STIR-FRY SAUCE GF
Method
- Prepare vegetables to your chosen thickness and put aside
- Slice chicken breast thinly
- Fry chicken pieces in a hot wok with 1tbs peanut oil until brown and set aside
- Prepare noodles as per instructions
- Fry onion and carrot until soft
- Add noodles and remaining vegetables, stir to combine
- Add sauce and 60ml water, stir fry over hot heat for 2 mins
- Serve and garnish with shallots
