- Steak strips
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Avocado
- Garlic
- Kewpie mayonnaise
- Coriander

Method
- Marinate some steak, chopped capsicum, onion, and corn
- Marinate the meat for one hour
- In a small pan fry all of the ingredients
- Heat some tortillas add the hot meat and capsicum mix to the tortillas top with avocado, coriander, grated cheese and kewpie mayonnaise
