Midweek Firecracker Chicken

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- Glug soy sauce
- Garlic
- Half red chilli sliced
- 1 chicken breast diced
- Whatever vegetables you have in the fridge including capsicum, carrot, broccoli, red onion
- Fresh Thai basil

- LEE KUM KEE - SALT REDUCED SOY SAUCE
Method
- Fry the chicken in a wok using sesame oil
- Once chicken cooked, add garlic and onion to the pan and let them cook for 3 minutes
- Add in the rest of your veg and cook until they’re cooked.
- Add in soy sauce, hoisin and Thai basil. Let it simmer for 3 mins.
- Serve with rice
