Ingredients
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon.
- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon.
- Kecap manis - 1 tablespoon.
- Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon.
- 1 packet of stir fry noodles.
- 1 bunch of Thai basil - leaves only.
- Mixed stir fry vegetables as desired.
- 500g protein of choice - cut into strips. I used pork.
- 1 teaspoon of peanut oil.

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE
- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Add oil to pan on high heat. Fry pork stir fry pieces until seared. Add vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a seperate saucepan, boil noodles according to packet directions. Drain.
- Add remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
- Serve and enjoy.
