Mince and veg – gym edition

Ingredients
- Mince 500g extra lean
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 small brown onion
- Lee kum oyster sauce - 15ml
- Soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic minced
- Pumpkin
- Spud lite potatos

Method
- Chop and roast potato and pumpkin in the ovenThen cut and onion and dice a garlic clove or 2 Add into pan with oil and brown One browned add the mince and stir.Once browned add all sauces and salt and pepper (This recipe looks like arse but in trying to be healthy at the moment )
